I cook a lot, and especially when I’m stressed out or otherwise out of sorts. I find it cathartic. This weekend I made the quiche, steak stroganoff, lamb with balsamic and rosemary glaze, tarragon mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, pancakes and enough soup to fill a soup kitchen on Thanksgiving day.
