Wish I had a great story to go with this, but it’s just a chocolate bar I got at Christmas time. I’m not usually a sweets person, but this handmade dark chocolate bar with cocoa bean pieces, from award-winning pastry chef/chocolatier Thomas Haas, was pretty damn good — especially when splayed on the couch with a bottle of wine, watching a special on WikiLeaks.
